Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We will only accept a return under these circumstances.

  1. The item you received is not the on you ordered.

  2. The product you received is damaged.

  3. The item has not arrived, and it has been over 14 days since the order was placed.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in, unused, with any tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your order number.

To start a return, you can contact us at cleanlineposters@gmail.com or through our contact page on the store site.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

All return shipping costs are liable to and covered by the buyer. Unfortunately we cannot compensate for any additional costs. All posters are made to order so we charge a 10% recycling fee on all returned items.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
